Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 3, 2026 · Last updated: May 3, 2026
1. Who we are
IncentiV ("IncentiV", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Ivan Verzoub, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We publish educational content, run a newsletter (The Lobby), and offer commercial services around AI-native sales operations under The Suite Method™.
This privacy policy applies to incentiv.lat and any subdomain we operate (including private dashboards under incentiv-platform.vercel.app).
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:
- Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, take the Compass / Brújula diagnostic, or sign up for any lead magnet.
- Diagnostic responses — anonymous answers you provide in the Compass / Brújula 12-question assessment.
- Behavioral data — anonymous page views, click events, and basic traffic data via PostHog (used to improve the site, never sold).
- Email engagement — opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes captured by our email provider (Resend) so we can keep the list healthy.
- Authentication data — for private dashboards, your email is checked against an allowlist; sessions use industry-standard cookies via Supabase magic-link authentication.
We do not collect: passport numbers, government IDs, payment card data (Stripe handles that directly), social security numbers, or biometric data.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver the newsletter and the lead magnets you requested
- To follow up with you about IncentiV services if you indicated interest
- To analyze content performance in aggregate (which posts work, which don't)
- To comply with legal obligations under Argentine and international law
4. Third parties we share data with
We use the following infrastructure providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database, authentication, email logs (USA / EU)
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics (USA)
- Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery (USA)
- PostHog — product analytics, anonymous behavioral data (USA / EU)
- Stripe — payment processing if you purchase any service (Ireland / USA)
- Social platform APIs (LinkedIn, Instagram/Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Threads, Substack) — read-only access to our own owned accounts for analytics
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — used to draft, edit, and analyze internal content. Customer data is never sent to these providers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (magic-link sessions on private dashboards) and basic anonymous analytics (PostHog). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may stop working.
6. Your rights (Argentina, GDPR, CCPA)
Under Argentina's Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales, the EU's GDPR, and California's CCPA where applicable, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Receive a copy of your data in portable format
- Object to certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe)
To exercise any of these rights, email ivan@incentiv.lat. We will respond within 30 days, typically much sooner.
The supervising authority in Argentina is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública; the relevant EU authority depends on your member state.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe
- Diagnostic responses — anonymously, indefinitely (used to improve the diagnostic)
- Email engagement logs — 24 months
- Authentication sessions — until you sign out or 30 days of inactivity
- Financial records — as required by Argentine tax law (typically 10 years)
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International data transfers
Most of our infrastructure is hosted in the United States and European Union. By using our services from outside those regions, you consent to your data being transferred to those jurisdictions. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and the updated effective date below. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
