Terms of Service

By accessing or using incentiv.lat, the newsletter The Lobby, the Compass / Brújula diagnostic, any IncentiV lead magnet, or any IncentiV commercial service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

IncentiV is a sole proprietorship operated by Ivan Verzoub, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: ivan@incentiv.lat.

• Public content — articles, posts, videos, podcasts, and the newsletter The Lobby, free of charge
• Lead magnets — free assessments and resources (Compass / Brújula diagnostic, frameworks, templates) in exchange for your email address
• Commercial services — Suite Method™ Diagnostic, Suite Implementation, Suite Society, and any other paid programs we may launch (separately governed by their own service agreements which take precedence over these Terms for paid clients)
• Internal tools — private analytics dashboards (incentiv-platform.vercel.app and similar) accessible only to authorized users via email allowlist

You must be at least 16 years old (18 in some jurisdictions) and capable of entering a binding contract under the laws of your country to use these services. Commercial services are intended for businesses and professionals; personal use is permitted but the educational nature of the content does not constitute personalized professional advice.

• Provide accurate information when subscribing or signing up
• Use the services for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use
• Do not scrape, mass-download, or redistribute our content without written permission (occasional sharing of individual articles or posts is welcome and encouraged)
• Do not impersonate IncentiV or Ivan Verzoub in any context
• Do not use the services to harm, harass, or defraud others

All content on incentiv.lat — including but not limited to articles, videos, the Suite Method™ name and methodology, frameworks, branding, code, and design — is owned by Ivan Verzoub or licensed to IncentiV. You may share individual articles and posts with attribution; commercial reproduction or derivative works require written permission.

The Suite Method™, Suite Diagnostic, Suite Implementation, and Suite Society are unregistered trademarks of Ivan Verzoub.

When you submit content to us (testimonials, replies, diagnostic answers, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and display that content in connection with the services. We will never publish identifying details without your consent — testimonials are only quoted publicly with explicit permission.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Specific business results or revenue outcomes from following our advice
• Accuracy or completeness of any content (the content is educational, not personalized advice)

Educational content (including The Lobby, Compass / Brújula, articles, and videos) is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncentiV and Ivan Verzoub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything).

You agree to indemnify and hold IncentiV harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the Privacy Policy. You may stop using the services and unsubscribe at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you the right to bring claims locally.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and the updated effective date below. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
