The hotel sells cheaper on its own site
One cabin’s own booking engine publishes a lower rate than the aggregator, with a further discount for paying cash. Nobody opens both tabs.
The distance shown is not where you are going
A place 200 metres from the town centre is 1.9 kilometres from the grounds. That is 26 minutes on foot, at night, after a brewery.

What does IncentiV do with a group trip?
IncentiV searches the trip you already want to take (the same lodging, the same dates, the same people) through several channels at once, and shows you the number. In Villa General Belgrano we found 9.2% less on the same property, and in 6 of the 8 places we checked we found nothing better than the published rate, which we tell you as well.
Is IncentiV a travel agency?
No. IncentiV buys the trip you choose, with the options quoted and compared. Nobody from IncentiV coordinates on the ground, and that is why it costs less than a built program.
What if we are twenty and we need someone on site?
That is a different job and AV Business & Communication does it, a company that has been building corporate programs for 28 years. If your trip needs coordination in the destination, the request goes there.
Who has to pay for the trip for IncentiV to take it?
The person, out of pocket, alone or with friends. If your company pays, it is a corporate program and AV Business & Communication takes it: that is the only question that decides where your request goes, and it is the first field of the form.
How much does it cost?
The number reaches you together with the options, before anything is decided, and nothing is booked without your approval. If what you already had was cheaper, we tell you.
